Students follow a customized English immersion program and join regular classes as soon as they are ready.
Students learn English in a specialized environment while integrating into school life with their peers.

The program welcomes students attending non-English speaking schools who are matriculated between Grades 2 and 8. Students receive intensive support and are mainstreamed into regular classes as soon as they are ready.
School Day
Students attend the English Immersion Program for core curriculum classes: English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Throughout the week they join peers in Art, Music, Computer, Physical Education, Arabic, and French.
English Immersion
Core classes focus on language development and academic readiness.
Peer Integration
Students join regular classes, recess, activities, and field trips.
Learning Support
Specialized support continues as students transition into regular classes.
Admission Requirements
- Little to no English at the time of matriculation.
- Strong academic performance across the curriculum.
- Motivation, active participation, and a supportive family environment.
After Year One
Most students are mainstreamed into the regular educational program after year one and continue receiving support to accelerate full integration at ASB.
